It has seen that this industry is growing rapidly in the market. After considering that the food business has been chosen and that will be done through a mobile food truck. The name of the food truck will be “healthy Bite” and the business will be done in the Manchester city of the United Kingdom.

At the time of starting a business, it is very important to make a business idea after doing the market analysis and making a proper plan for the business. The business idea has been developed by doing the market research in the UK. It has been seen that 24% of the British chose to eat outside minimum once in a month or sometimes more than that (Yoon and Chung, 2018). The business idea has been developed after seeing the market and the value of the food business. The “healthy bite” mobile truck will be the business here. The truck will move in the city of Manchester from day to night and the service will be available from morning to midnight. The food is now not limited to just something to meet the hunger. It becomes an art and the taste of the food is very much important for the people. This is also part of any program or occasion.

The business idea is here to provide food service to the people of the selected city throughout the day. Taste and health will be the most focused here in this business (as suggested by WOOD et al. 2021). Two chefs will be hired and two helping staff, one manager, and one driver will be there to take care of the whole business. The truck size will be big so that it can store the resources of the food for a minimum one day. The hired staff will take care of the food quality of the “Healthy bite”. Only a certain number of menu items will be there. However, the focus will be to make the food healthy and tasty without charging a huge amount of money.

The ingredients that will be chosen for making those foods will be healthy and fresh. In the current time of pandemic people are looking for safety as well (Okumus et al. 2019). All the food will be hygienic and the truck will be sanitized every day. All the other precautions regarding that will be followed. Daily temperature of the staff will be measured in order to ensure the safety of the people.

Another uniqueness of this business is the use of GPS in the food truck. An application will be developed that will be helpful for the marketing as well as giving service to the consumer. In that application of “healthy bite”, the customer can track the location of the food truck. It will also be shown the way the truck will be travelled on that day. The customer can also track other necessary information regarding the food. They can order the food before the truck can come to their place so that the time can be saved and a special discount will be given to those customers who will order the food by using the application. Sanitizers and masks will be provided to the customer with the food where the name “healthy bite” will be mentioned. This will be helpful for the marketing as well. People can also check the temperature of the staff in the application of the food truck.

Customer base

In order to do the marketing it is necessary to choose the specific customer base and that will be helpful in the process of marketing. The marketing for different customers can be different. However, in this business the focused customer base is the “young people”. It has been seen from the studies that young people tend to eat more street food than other segments of the people (based on the discussion of the Nosratabadi, Mosavi and Lakner, 2020). The range of the age is 18 to 25. However, that does not mean that other people cannot enjoy the food and service of the “healthy bite”. The focus will be given to those people. As stated by Singh, Wani and Landowska (2017), that customers can break or make the business. Therefore, it is very much important to choose the right customer for the business. Implementation process of the business idea

After finding a business idea, it is important to implement that in a proper way in order target the success in the business. The idea of opening a mobile food truck “healthy habit” has been prepared and now implementation of this idea is required. As stated by SCHIRO et al. (2020), there are certain factors that need to be considered before implementation and the process of implementation will be systematically to make it perfect.

      A written plan will be made based on the business idea. It is necessary to have a proper planning of the business. Overall business plans will be made with estimated cost investment, required legal activities, customer attraction and others necessary parts.

      Buying the equipment will be the next step for the business. In terms of this business, the main requirement is the truck that is needed to sell the food. The truck will be bought with other necessary equipment.

      The legal activities and the permission will be taken from the government and the required documentation will be done (WOOD et al. 2021). In addition, a very important step needs to be followed properly in order to run the business smoothly.

      A team of software engineers will be hired to make the application of “Healthy bite”. The will be made and the required information will be put on them like the tracking process or the ordering process, queries and others.

      In the next step, a team will be assembled. As it has discussed before, total six staff will be appointed for the business. In the team of the “healthy bite”, there will be two chefs, who will make the recipe and make the food as per the requirement. Two staff will be there to help the chef and do other work. Manager will take care of the whole business and run it in a proper way. The driver will drive the car in a specific way.

      POS systems or the point of sale will be identified to understand the common trends of food in the market (Okumus et al. 2019). As the market segment is selected already, a proper marketing plan will be made for the business with the help of a professional marketing manager.

At the end, the resources of making food will be bought and the mobile truck will be opened to do the business. The plan is made after conducting a lot of study and analysis. Therefore, the chances are high that it will be achievable.
