According to various researches, I have observed that the leaders who take additional time in order to reflect on their past habits stand out differently in their ability to test the assumptions and make the connections between some unrelated events (Raman et al., 2020). The main value of the reflective practice is to enhance self-awareness. It is one of the key factors in the segment of emotional intelligence. This practice provides a better understanding in order to judge others. According to me, this process helps in order to develop various thinking skills that are creative in nature.

Active engagement in the various work processes can also be learned from these reflective practices which are a very significant issue in the case of leaders and managers. It allows the leaders to examine their identified thought in order to take any suitable actions in their identified processes. This process also increases personal strength in order to overcome various challenges (Chang, 2019). I observed that this process supports various leaders in order to struggle with their various dilemmas. It is very important to look after the proper delivery of the services. Thus, this process helps them in order to achieve their objectives in a specified way. It motivates people in order to use the associated resources effectively.
